I can't believe it's almost been a year since my husband & I welcomed these two little rugrats into the world! Now what sort of photographer would I be if I didn't do a cake smash session for my own children?
I am very surprised these boys kept so clean! I was prepared for cake EVERYWHERE!
I like to think they will stay this clean forever! ;)
You may be wondering who made these fantastic cakes.. well I'm rather proud to say that it was all me! (and lots of advice from a friend or two... and perhaps a few practice runs)
Special thanks to my husband for forcing you to eat all the leftover cake & to my dear friend Cat for helping with the session.
My husband's Pa, Ted, turned 90 years old a couple of weeks ago and celebrated the monumental occasion with family and friends gathered around him.
I think Pa is one of the most proud men I know, he adores his family so much and we all love and adore him right back!
Here are a few snaps I took throughout the day; it was a fantastic turn out with people traveling from all across the state to wish Ted well on his birthday.
Pa's gift from his family was a Joy ride in a helicopter.
His flight was last weekend. I'm sure there were a few nerves to start off with
but as soon as the helicopter took to the air Pa was all smiles.
The highlight of his trip was flying over the Murray River Salt Interception Plant & over his house.
The owners were so friendly and lovely - I wonder if they get a lot of 90 year olds flying with them..
Ramair Flying Services operate these flights from the Mildura airport.

I recently travelled to Brisbane for my nephews 2nd birthday. I had such a fantastic time seeing my family and getting plenty of photos of my gorgeous lil' nephew! I so so soo wish I could see him more often! Anyway here a few images from my time in Brisbane. I hope you enjoy.
