Megan contacted me in early 2015, checking availability for their wedding in March 2016. It is usually part of my booking process to meet for coffee (and cake of course) but as James and Megan are based in Geelong, it wasn't until June where I finally got to meet them. It was then we also had their engagement session (which you can find HERE). They totally rocked the session & made me even more excited for their wedding.
The day came & it was just perfect! Megan purchased her exquisite dress from Pearls and Roses in Geelong & it just looked AMAZING on her!! Sarah's maid was in a dress by Reveiw & both their shoes were from Jo Mercer. Lisa Hooper (Maquilleur) did an amazing makeup job- as always & Talking heads styled the girls' hair. I was so in love with the bright bouquets by Janet Green Goddess. They complimented the girls dresses perfectly!
We can't forget the boys who looked strapping in their Rodger David suits. All 3 rings were purchased from Charles Rose Jewellers.
Their big day was held at Ampelon Gardens on their 6 year anniversary. I really loved this idea, especially as it means one less date to remember haha!! Annie Prideaux conducted the sweet ceremony before we roamed around the gardens for bridal photos, then headed to the marque (Mildura Party Hire) for the reception. Once there, we heard some heartfelt, funny speeches & ate some AMAZING food from The Gourmet Chef!! Just as the sun was setting I stole them again for a few moments to get some gorgeous photos before they went back to reception.
It was an absolute pleasure to photograph your special day James & Megan. Thank you so much for making my job super easy with your laid back, fun attitudes!
I had the absolute pleasure of photographing these two love birds on their wedding day. The gorgeous ceremony was conducted by Taryn Hunt at the beautiful Q Estate in Gol Gol. Now, I am a hopeless romantic (and a pregnant one at that) but i shed a few tears when Tim himself got teary seeing his bride walk towards him. It was a beautiful moment and really makes me love my job that much more when I capture moments like that!!
I knew their wedding would be amazing and I was right! Everything went smoothly (which hardly ever happens with weddings), the weather was perfect, venues were great and I couldn't ask for a better bridal party!
After the ceremony, the bridal party and I stayed on to take some photos, before heading towards the Old Mildura Homestead for their fun filled reception. Weddings are always such long days for the bride & her maids but you couldn't even tell! They kicked off their heels to dance the night away.
Tim & Jordan, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for choosing me as your wedding photographer! I enjoyed every minute of photographing you and your special day!

I always like to meet my wedding clients in person before they book in with me but sometimes it's not doable. Megan and James are based in Geelong, so we just kept in contact, discussing all things wedding before our engagement session last July.
They were so , so easy to photograph & I am in love with their images! Take a look at our session below & stay tuned as their wedding will be up next!! :)
Well, I am very far behind on my blogging! Here I am blogging about Tim & jordan's lovely engagement session & I have not only photographed their wedding, but just about to blog that too! :)
With my maternity leave starting, I have finally slowed down enough to sit down properly and get some of my amazing sessions into my blog. They will be all over the place as far as dates go, but at least you'll get to see them!
We went over to Lock Island, Mildura for Jordan & Tim's engagement session & I am in love with how the images turned out! Not only was the weather & location perfect, but these guys were like professional models! I am sure I misheard Tim when he said he was nervous on arrival! They were so natural in front of the camera & you could just feel the love they had for each other in every shot!!
I was so excited leading up to their wedding, as I just knew it would be amazing! Here's some of my favourites!! :) Stay tuned for the wedding!!
